- Hear this dynamic panel on Entrepreneurialism, Civic Engagement and Stewardship:
Speakers Kiki Jamieson, Director of the Pace Center on Civic Engagement at Princeton University,
Nancy Kieling, President of the Princeton Area Community Foundation,
Andrew Westfall and Ben Chiapetta, entrepreneurs, founders of Plutomic hosting,
former students at Allentown High School and recipients of the Mercer Chamber of Commerce Youth Entrepreneur Award,
and a representative from the local school foundation, UFREF, will talk about how their
activities contribute to developing strong , sustainable communities.

ALLENTOWN GARDEN CLUB
MARCH MEETING
IRIS BASICS AND BEYOND
- Thurs. March 11th, 7pm
- Allentown Methodist Church, 23 Church St.
- Vince Lewonsky,
past president of the American Iris Society, Region 19 in NJ, and current vice president of Region 3 Delaware Valley,
will be the guest speaker. Vince attends iris conventions all over the U.S. and has a large, well-rounded knowledge
of all varieties of these beautiful plants. He will provide information on how and where to plant them, how and when
to divide them, and the specifics of their care. He will discuss the many varieties and the best conditions for each.
- The public is cordially invited to attend. Beginners and experts alike from the surrounding area are
welcome to join. The club meets the 2nd Thurs. of each month at the Methodist Church (next to LaPiazza).
